It takes 5 minutes to give their fish tanks a wipe over, but apparently no one can be bothered and they're just left constantly looking absolutely disgusting with water marks everywhere. Can barely see the fish. Rabbits are in enclosures too small, bird cages over stocked, Syrian hamsters should not be housed together but they are.. So much wrong with most of the animal set ups in this store. I honestly don't know how they're still allowed to sell them. Animal welfare should come BEFORE PROFIT. Glad to see they've stopped leaving crickets double the size of the reptiles inside enclosures - they bite and can lead to death of baby reptiles - saw one that looked on deaths door a couple months back. Up until recently their husbandry was completely wrong and it was almost animal abuse. Good to see they've at least done something to rectify this. Shame it's only the reptile section they seem to bother with. There was a huge queue on my visit, one person on the till and a couple of other staff dotted around. One staff member looked over at the till, noticed the queue and just walked off and started doing something completely unrelated. Customers should come before putting stock out, especially when there's a queue of 5 people. Cheaper than some places but DO NOT BUY ANIMALS FROM HERE. All that does is encourages them to get more animals in. The less animals they sell, the more likely they are to not sell them anymore. They don't look after them properly, they shouldn't be allowed to sell them at all.

I was disappointed that a minutes silence wasn't recognised in the store on Saturday 11th. Very disrespectful!!
