Bought an used car from Peoples Edinburgh recently with the help of Lauren. She was very helpful and professional throughout the whole process, replied to all of my emails promptly, and made sure the car is in perfect condition on the day I was picking it up. It has been a great customer experience for me, highly recommended.
Just wanted to say a big thank you for your service department first thing this morning and the man whose name I didn't catch but helped me open my stuck bonnet so I could fill up my screen wash and find a quick fix to the loose release lever. Will be returning when my service is next due as impressed by the helpfulness shown today.
Recently bought a 22 plate fiesta from the people’s team at Edinburgh. Working with Lauren, they specially dispensed a demo car we really loved and picked it up yesterday. Even with a slight delay with collection, we were provided a courtesy car for the delay time and a full tank of petrol in the fiesta on collection. Everyone was friendly, professional and incredibly helpful throughout. If you are looking for a new Ford; I highly recommend popping in to see what’s in stock.
