Before I begin, let me be perfectly clear. My following review of Hyundai Edinburgh West is in no way a paid sponsorship between Hyundai and myself. Even though it may come off sounding like one.nnI recently visited Hyundai Edinburgh West to have the annual MOT on my vehicle carried out.nnFrom the moment my wife and I arrived we were made to feel most welcome. The Lady receptionist was very nice, helpful, polite, well presented and professional. She even went out of her way to speak with the mechanics that were to carry out my MOT, requesting if it could be carried out expeditiously due to my many health problems.nnOn top of this, she was kind enough to make sure were comfortable in the waiting area. Further to this, she introduced me to the new Motability Specialist resulting in my wife and I choosing our new Hyundai SUV. We are now raising the necessary funds to cover the down-payment so that we can place our order.nnIn closing, I think that this Lady employee is an irreplaceable asset to Hyundai and the perfect face to represent the company. Everyone there was fantastic. If you plan to visit Hyundai Edinburgh West in the not too distant future, be prepared to be highly impressed
Firstly, I am quite impressed with the self check-in system placed at the reception or via. Online. This saves good amount of time in the morning especially while I am on my way to office. It makes me to drop off the car without any hassle.nnCustomer Service - Good.nExperts advise and suggestion - Excellent.nDelivery on time.nnOverall, I am satisfied and would like to come back again for next year service and MOT.

Just purchased car from Macklin Motors. Customer service exceptional. At no point did I feel like I was being pushed into purchasing a car. Richie’s gave us 110% of his time and was very knowledgeable about our vehicle and happily and patiently responded to our questions of which we had many Communication throughout excellent. I would definitely recommend a visit to this garage if you’re looking for a new/ used vehicle.
I highly recommend this car dealer. Firstly, Hyundai cars are incredibly reliable, with great added benefits such as warranties. However, what truly sets this dealership apart from the rest is their customer service, both during and after the sale. In this respect, a special mention goes to Dale. I bought a Hyundai Bayon, and a few days later, someone keyed my car. The dealership offered great support and help, even though they had no obligation to do so. Nice, decent people, and for my next car, they will definitely be my first port of call. Thanks so much!
