Absolutely delighted with the Toyota iQ I bought at Longstone. They gave me a fair price for my previous car, put brand new tires on my new one, and it was absolutely pristine when I picked it up. There were some very minor things I noticed in the first few months that they fixed for free with no hassle. I just took the car for its official yearly service at the Toyota dealership and they couldn’t find a single fault with it. A very high quality motor at a good price - can’t thank Malcolm and the team enough.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, Customer Service was amazing. I Bought my car here today, Malcom was fantastic, he stayed later so I could do a test drive of the car a few days earlier. Car selection is really good and prices are affordable. You feel like you are getting your money's worth here. All cars get a 120 point quality check prior to being sold so you know you are getting a quality car. Advertises on Autotrader and all ads have probably the best selection of photos on the car so you can really get a feel for the car before you go see it. Will definitely be returning when I come to upgrade my car.
Just bought my first car from these guys and they were amazing. Fair, honest, so helpful and friendly. They got me set up with everything I needed as a new driver and made me feel like a really valued customer. My wee Honda Jazz is a belter. I can't recommend Malcom and the team enough.
I’d just like to thank the owner Malcolm for helping me out over a difficult Festive period, as I purchased a vehicle from his garage and within a few days the car had some mechanical issues. And offered to fix the car but as his workshop was closed he offered to help me as soon as possible on this matter but a few clear and positive conversations on the phone we both agreed on a full refund and he even came and picked the car up for me as a gesture of good will. Very friendly and very contactable and definitely recommend his company in the future.
Got sold a faulty electrical car for 5k Paid for the car to be returned Bristol to Edinburgh Was promised a refund, still haven't received after 2 years gave them 7 months to pay me back Took them to small claims, won. Now having to hire a sherrif to get my money back, because they simply refuse to uphold their promises Update: received a refund, and an apology.
First class service when buying my car from Malcolm and the after sales customer service is also excellent, irons out any issues with no hassle. Would definitely recommend.
Nice friendly garage to deal with , Salesman was good at his job , He left me alone to check the car over no pressure sellings or hovering over the top of me which I had suffered at other dealerships. Car was perfectly as described as I had hoped for with it being such a high value car, The service was perfect and the process effortless, The only issue i could find was it being in Edinburgh and me being from Glasgow A+++ would buy again from these guys.
Got my used car here, the staff are super helpful and really nice, my car came with a new MOT and hasn't had any problems, I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for a car, there's a good choice and they will help you find what you're looking for.
Bought a used car a few weeks ago from this garage. 1st class service from start to finish. No pressure sales. Was given the key to take on a test drive and told to take as long as I needed. Malcolm even delivered the car to my door and took the trade in car away. Will never use a main dealership again, the difference was night and day! I'm delighted with my car and will definitely use this garage again. I've recommended them to all my friends!
