Just sold a car at Arnold Clark. Website was easy to navigate and quote offered was fairly close to what was finally offered. The inspection of faults was very thorough! Customer service was excellent. Clear explanation of the process and a helpful phone call prior to arriving meant all the relevant paperwork was to hand prior to the appointment.
Andrew Morrison was polite and friendly. The process was really easy. He took me through all the things that would change the price and gave me a good deal on my older car. Would definitely use Arnold Clark again.

Went to sell my Audi with Arnold Clark today. Richie was dealing with us. Really impressed with the service, great price offered and Richie was honest and transparent with us throughout. Never sold a car before but everything explained clearly and didn’t feel pressured into taking the offer.
