Experience was great from start to finish. John Lennon took his time to show us around, explaining clearly the options available. We had our doubts to begin with but these were all soon evaporated after clear explanations from John. We pointed out a few things with the car which he promised would be dealt with. I've just picked up the car and I'm over the moon its far better than I thought it would be. Shining like the North Star !! Wonderful experience working with John Lennon at Evans Halshaw. He was very patient as we had 2 kids tagging along! Would go to John and his team again...tho might be in a few years as this is my dream car so might grow attached to it again!!

My girlfriend and I bought our first financed car here. Richard was attentive, patient, and explained every single step of what can be a confusing process thoroughly. A genuinely lovely guy who wanted to make sure we got a car we actually wanted, he had no interest in pressuring us into buying any random car. I would definitely recommend buying a car from him, and Evans Halshaw more generally as they are incredibly thorough and professional.

My vehicle was booked in for diagnostic investigation of a fault, but after delivering the vehicle to the Service Dept at Cultins Rd, there seemed to be a longish delay some days before the work started, during which time it wasn't easy to find out what was happening. Once the ball started rolling, the repair was carried out quickly and the staff were friendly and helpful. So everything worked out ok eventually. But a bit more info about the situation at the outset would have been useful.
Great service from Sam and Graham. Sold my car and bought another the same day. No back and forward with the price and meet our demands with great ease. Great service.
