She was helpful with queries and worked with the service technicians to get my car serviced on a price match deal. Audi service at Independent retailer prices. Great service from this centre. Friendly reception and nice waiting area inside. Got a good deal on Audi A1 a few years back but got better deal from Aberdeen Audi last year. Easy to get to. Showroom has a good range of cars. Sales people have always been nice.

Not at all satisfied with the service I received from Edinburgh Audi. Firstly I was given what I was told a Q2 1.0L to test drive and put a deposit down on this, I then checked with my insurance and it turned out to be a 1.4L so no way I was buying the 1.0L as the 1.4 was about as slow as I wanted to go and payments rocketed for the 1.4. I have now currently been waiting around 2 weeks to get me deposit back, iv called several times to speak to them about this and I keep getting told it will be refunded but nothing has been refunded yet and no one bothers to return my calls. I last called today, spoke to some manager who again says it would be returned today and yet again nothing! Their customer service goes out the window once they know you are not buying a car. I planned to go and buy a car from them in the future but this has put me right off and I definitely would not go or recommend this branch to anyone, I feel like I’m banging my head of a wall and I’m getting progressively infuriated by the non refund of my deposit and the inconvenience caused.

Better than my experience at Eastern BMW. At least it was value for money and I didn'T have to pay to to check it was a fault. Handled with care and a Fifteen pound bill made the journey worthwhile.

Dropped my A5 off to get the air con sensor changed as it was causing my battery to go flat, car was dropped off at 07:30 28/03/18. I received a call to say it was definitely the sensor and would cost approx £226 to repair, I said yes to the work, thinking next call would be to collect the car. Next call I received was to say THEY broke the sensor taking it out, and it would cost ME a further £600 to replace the condenser as well (the condenser was only replaced 8 months ago) as part of the sensor was still attached/stuck inside, told them to put it all back together and call when it was done, 6 hrs later I called to get an update and was told it was ready, went in and complained that they broke the sensor, it was their fault that there was further damage, but all they did was apologise and look blank faced as they honestly didn’t know what do, asked to speak to the manager but he/she had already left, now my car has potentially over £800 pounds worth of work needing done that wasn’t my fault.
