Quality, Efficient and friendly service. Aaron was professional and friendly throughout, and called regular with updates. Delivered on his promises and a bit more. Would recommend Aaron and the dealership for any car purchase.
Having made the decision to purchase a new vehicle I started my journey be visiting Volvo Edinburgh. My intention was to shop around, however my initial interaction with Peter at Volvo Edinburgh stopped us in our search and we decided to buy a Volvo. Peter’s product knowledge and complete absence of a hard sell allowed us to make good decision and move forward to payment. Peter went beyond my expectations by designing a purchase plan that suited us perfectly and also offered a service plan moving forward. On the day of pick up Peter spend a considerable amount of time explaining the cars many features in detail and showing us how to navigate those features. He also offered the ability to return at a later date to go through the features again if required. I would definitely recommend Volvo Edinburgh. Buy with confidence.
Really enjoyed the experience at Volvo Cars Edinburgh with Peter. Originally I was going to buy a used car off a car supermarket online which claimed to hand select it's new cars, but after running the license plates to see the vehicle service and MOT histories I was left with a few big question marks over how these so called select vehicles had been looked after. Not so with Volvo Cars Edinburgh. Cars history looked well looked after and at a good price. So far so happy. 5 stars.
Absolutely incredible service from start to finish from Jen. We cannot fault any part of the process - we felt well informed and all communication was excellent. Jen even went the extra mile and picked us up from the train station so we could collect our new car together. Thank you so much for making it such a pleasant experience Jen! We will definitely be using the company’s services again in the future.
Fantastic service from Aaron in the purchase of our used XC90 for our family. Aaron could not have done more to help us and all without any kind of pushy sales behaviour. He allowed us to bring our child and baby seats and buggies to test out the car would work for us practically, then sourced us the perfect vehicle from one of the other branches. The icing on the cake was bringing in the date of handover by one day to suit us, which I think caused them to work round the clock without any fuss. Great follow up after sales service too from Aaron. Very happy.
I found the professionalism and attention to detail shown by Jennifer was excellent from the start, there was an unforeseen delay with my car on arrival, but it was dealt with in such a way as to ensure my experience remained positive throughout. Very pleased, and would definitely recommend Volvo Edinburgh to anyone. Many thanks.
I’ve never owned a Volvo before, so visited Volvo Edinburgh to research the C40 and XC60 T8 PHEV. Thomas was super helpful, and arranged test drives of both cars - on two separate days to accommodate my diary. The C40 is an amazing car, and is likely to replace our second car when the time comes but, IMO, the XC60 is so much more car for the money and so I now have one on order. Having said that, the C40 contains some exquisite details and is remarkably spacious given its footprint. I cannot praise Thomas and Daryl enough for their helpful and transparent discussions around availability, prices and of course the cars themselves. 100% recommended.
Our sales rep Peter Malcolm was exceptional. He kept us informed and went above and beyond to help, and was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble and no questions left unanswered. He was excellent and I would return to Volvo for my next car.
So happy with the service I received from Volvo. After visiting a few different car retailers, the service from Volvo was the best and gave me full confidence in buying from them. Big shout out to Thomas who was new to the team and apologized for this, but was wonderful and a pleasure to deal with. Communicated really well and made buying a breeze!
