Receptions they are very nice and helpful. I’m with park practice couple of years and can’t complain. They are keep it up

Some nice receptionists let down by far too many rude and unhelpful ones that talk to you like you're wasting their time when booking an appointment. Very depressing having to deal with them.

The attitude of the receptionists at this surgery is absolutely appalling - so rude, no compassion and little willingness to help. Never experienced anything like it! The appointment system is also terrible and completely counterintuitive.

Constantly prescriptions lost, constantly not sent through by the doctor, constantly incompetent, unhelpful staff. I honestly don't know how you haven't been shut down yet, these are peoples LIVES you're messing with. Get better.

The best GP Surgery, I have been with them for many many years. Loverly Doctors and staff. I only wish they could put a sign up to ask patients nicely to remember that when they are on their mobile phones that they are not the only ones inside the surgery. Their voices echo because of how loud they are on their phones.

Pretty much every other time I'm booking an appointment there is an issue. Appointments booked for the wrong day, appointments booked at another location, missing information ...

Helpful staff both at reception and on telephone calls. Doctors have been extremely helpful and explain every procedure. If you phone first thing you can get an appointment on the same day.
