I rang the practice at 9am on a Monday morning and it was engaged all day, same on Tuesday, I finely got through on Wednesday. I cannot believe that the GP's don't know what's going on, they must do more to help the patient.
I have been for my flu jab today, and was very pleased at how quickly and quickly I was seen, and how easy the procedure was, many thanks.
If 0 stars was an option I would of chosen it. Not only is it impossible to book an appointment, but the biggest issue is with the reception staff. Without fail, they are constantly rude, short, shocking in their tone and overall unhelpful. Seriously considering a change of practice.
My husband and I were very impressed with the organisation, efficiency and speed of the flu jab operation on 3 October. We were 50th and 51st in the queue when the surgery opened at 8.30 and left at 9.40 ie 50 minutes, a rate of one person a minute. Congratulations to all the staff involved!
The person who answered the phone seemed to be racially discriminatory. She hung up the phone after hearing my name.
Very bad service . The reception staff and one of the nurses are waisting peoples time...
