I love this place; it's my go-to for vaccinations. Now they offer private COVID boosters even better—also much better availability than the high street chemist named after footwear. Everyone is so friendly and professional.
On repeated occasions over the last year, I have received A1 treatment from the Fleet Street Clinic. Short-notice appointments, face to face and on the phone, for emergency conditions and quick prescriptions from excellent doctors have helped me enormously. The Reception Team are also highly professional. I couldn't recommend it more strongly.
Brilliant clinic, would 100% recommend. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the nurse's care couldn't have been better. They managed to fit me in for a same-day appointment and provide me with helpful advice for follow up. Thank you :
Unfortunately together with a covid booster I got the covid itself. I don't recommend this clinic for vaccinations. A room where procedures are done is 1m2 per 1m2, not ventilated at all, and staff never wear masks. I was wearing a mask during a visit, but apparently it was not enough for the heaviness and time of exposure. With highly transmittable XEC variant floating around there's a high risk you will get the virus at the same time you're going to try to protect yourself. An appeal to the clinic personnel: please do not put your clients at risk and wear masks at least for the time of procedure, and invest in a proper ventilation system, especially in rooms the size of a toilet.
The entire staff at Fleet Street were incredibly kind, empathic, and knowledgeable. I appreciated the professionalism and bedside manner, and highly recommend this clinic if you need fast, efficient service, are traveling, and don't have insurance.
Fleet Street were excellent. Saw me at short notice and provided a good diagnosis of my condition. Their prescriptions were on the money because my infected ear began to clear up soon afterwards.
I received a first dose of the QDenga vaccine recently from Nurse Becky Arrell at the Fleet Street Clinic. She was quick, efficient, friendly and very knowledgeable. The QDenga is not yet available in the US, where I live, and I'm heading off to South Asia feeling reassured. I highly recommend the Clinic to anyone traveling to far-off lands!
Really happy I found this clinic. Very professional, responsive and efficient. I tried for 9 months to schedule a contraceptive implant through the NHS and several locations and wasn’t able to. With Fleet Street it was done very quickly, online and with several times available. The doctor was very informative and careful with inserting the implant I’ve had 3 done in the past and this was by far the least painful and with less bruising.
The travel nurse was lovely and very efficient with giving me vaccines. She even took the time to nurse a wound I had whilst I was there. Really great care
Excellent and efficient service from reception to consultation. Arranged good contact with my local GP which has enabled me to complete my treatment early next week.
