Worse doctors surgery ever! particularly 1 receptionist who is absolutely rude. Clearly she had a very bad upbringing. Recently tried to book an urgent appointment for my 4 days old baby and they floored me off pretending we were given an appointment.
Very poor service at reception, no help and dismissive, no pick up the phone, and when you are there you can see and hear the telephone ringing, meanwhile they are texting in their personal phones. Personal phones should be banned during work, like in many other jobs....
What a disgusting approach from so called doctor !! No listening skills. High pitched, badly scripted questions. Doctor ready to prescribe me anti psychotic drugs but i can't get a been seen and assessed due to COVID-19 rules.
