To Management, I would like to give this GP a 0 star. Simple blood test booked app had to wait 45minutes and still waiting. Online system app books you 20 minutes later than the booking time.This needs to be fixed asap. Chair limited and a lot of elderly on crutches have no seats. NHS has truly gone 3rd world. They need to hire more staff, it is not a buisness about profit and loss. It's a health service for human beings to be treated in a dignified way.
A Receptionist phoned me asking for my mother, I said this isn't her number but I am her daughter and can take a message. She said you are not the emergency contact and hung up abruptly before I could reply - I could've given her my mother's other number!! Such rude behaviour, hanging up without saying anything. Looking at the other reviews, it's clear this practice needs fixing. They haven't responded to any of the reviews which proves that they don't care... Isn't caring a pre-requisite for all NHS staff? I guess once they've got their foot in the door of the NHS, one of the UK's biggest employers, they become apathetic and stop trying. Good luck Albion, you are going to need it.
I requested the receptionist to update my pharmacy address to one closer to my home. The receptionist confirmed that the change had been made. However, when I visited the new pharmacy to collect my prescription, I was informed that they had not received anything from my practice. I called back to inquire about this, and I was told, "I apologize, but your GP did not send the prescription." I am now left wondering what exactly the receptionist changed, as the prescription was clearly not sent to the updated pharmacy.
They are wasting government money. I did not know how the NHS allowed this careless, rude, unprofessional GP practice to run its business in the UK. We are a great nation due to our many good works, like caring for others, being kind, generous, helpful, etc. All receptionists and office staff are unprofessional, rude, and careless. They don't care what they are holding, as no one can say anything, and their job is only for money, not for any service.
Really Rude reception staff. The doctors however are very patient and understanding and good at what they do. Particularly Dr Mangat and Aliyah. They make processes easy for those with linguistic inabilities and genuinely perform their job with care.
Worst!!! The receptionists are soooo rude. Asked for a simple appointment, and instead they’re questioning everything. The doctors and nurses in the practise are overall really good, but it’s practically impossible to even seem them.
I m my house one of my flat mates been test positive for Tuberculosis.. after 4 weeks that I m sick ,I find out from the hospital that I got this rare and dangerous bacteria call Serratia marcescens. So the hospital ask me to go to my GP asap so I can start a treatment. Been in this clinic for few years but few months ago I moved to new house 5 min away from the previous house. When the lady put my postcode on the system,she told me she can book me in as I m 500meter3 min walk out from them cover area. So she refused to book me in.. as I m in massive pain I when straight back to the new clinic Hartford health centre and registered straight away, but even here not luck at all and I m still waiting them to process my registration.. So basically it been 5 weeks of massive pain and 2 clinic that refuses to see me. I taught the NHS was there for help us out as we pay lot of money in national insurance.. But even that tough was wrong.
This is the worse surgery. The reception staff are soo rude and have not got any customer service skill of how to speak to there patients. The reception manager Nasima has got no manners what so ever. Her answer to everything is ‘we are short staff’. That should not be an excuse. They have no appointments for dr’s and always tell us to go online. When I go online the service says they are not taking any requests and to go on the next day at 9am. So tell me how does one get an appointment? Nasima does not take anyone words/ comments to consideration I have always had problems with her, she never solves the issues. I wonder why you have 1.6 stars I wouldn’t have even put a star but I had to in order to leave a comment. I was waiting for an hour on the phone and I was number 7, the numbers was not going down. When I told Nasima this she goes ‘my staff are on break there was 2 answering calls, number 7 is a good number normally they have more waiting on the line’ how are you giving this response to your patients as a manager? If there was 2 people answering calls surely the numbers would have dropped but I was the same for an hour it does not make sense. I am a manager myself at a GP practice and the way nasima responds back it is not nice for a patient to hear.
My experience here in the past year has been good so far! Dr. Zenner has been the only doctor I've seen in 5 years who seems to actually care. He has been very proactive in helping me get more clarity, testing, diagnoses and treatment for my health issues. I am very grateful for this. My experience with booking appointments has also been positive, Yasmin especially has been super helpful and efficient. And even though I can see they are a very busy practice, I feel that I've never had to wait long at all for an appointment. Thank you all, we know your work is very difficult, and we appreciate you
Terrible experience the reception staff are lazy and rude .when u call for an appointment they make u wait in a que for more than half an hour just to decline the call on you and when they answer they say to do an e colsultation for everyone so lazy what do they do at work jst sit thier having conversations earning money from the government doing nothing
