Very friendly reception, good parking, room good but no real view but didn't go for that, bathroom slightly dated but fine. Breakfast ample but luke warm food, tray lids always left open and only mild heat in food trays. Plenty of choice though and friendly staff. Lifts very good, safe and secure hotel with requiring room card to operate lifts. All in all very good, just off main square, a little club music noise at night.
Absolutely could not recommend this hotel enough.nThe rooms are spotlessly clean, spacious, and everything you need for a relaxed stay away.nStaff are friendly and can't do enough for you.nEnjoyed a lovely hot buffet breakfast,nGreat selection for all.
Rooms were great but checking in took far too long.nSaturday afternoon and lots checking in and only having 2 of the 3 available terminals to check in was in my opinion a poor first impression of the hotel.nOnce at the desk the guy was very polite and friendly.nnBreakfast was good if you forget the part where I left my table with buttered toast, a cup of T and my juice while I went to the self service buffet but when I came back my table was completely empty.nnThe waitress cleared it all up and when I asked her to please replace them told me it was self service.nnYes mistakes happen but the toast had not been touched and both the T and juice were full.
A tired looking interior & badly on need of a facelift outside. Breakfast was ok, nothing at all special. Staff were pleasant. Location is very good & central.
Good hotel and dedicated staff but difficult location. You will be lucky to avoid any traffic fines in the vicinity or a parking spot in their car park even with £20 charge.
