My wife and I spent our first night of marriage here and it was even better than we imagined. Someone on the desk when we arrived at midnight, quick check in and room in pristine condition, great size and wonderful views of the city. We loved our stay there and felt spoiled. Breakfast in the morning part of the package I purchased was fantastic and we'd love to come again soon. Thanks Harts!

Quiet Thursday lunch. Good food and service. Chose from the a la carte although a good value set lunch is available.

Booked an afternoon tea and at the time of booking I asked if they can cater for gluten free as I am a coeliac. “Yes we can”
Well, it was the most disappointing afternoon tea I have ever tasted or seen. Stale bread, no scone and a much “lesser” plate of treats than my friend. With notice non of this should have been a problem. Plenty of other establishments manage it ok. 
The service was lovely, but for the money this was not what I had expected. I will not return to recommend.

I've stayed in a lot of hotels but to have fresh milk in the rooms mini bar gets a definite 5 stars from me would highly recommend this hotel for friendly staff, clean room and good quality breakfast.

Very good food. Great service and very attentive to dietary requirements. A bit pricey but really tasty and thier bread is amazing!
