Stayed for 2 nights in July for my graduation. We wanted to be certain of a good night sleep and could not face the thought of a city centre hotel full student revellers! We were not disappointed at Greenwood Lodge. Not only did we wake fully rested from a sleep - free of traffic noise or any other noise - but were served a fabulous breakfast which set us up for the day. The owners greeted us warmly and made us feel very welcome from the moment we stepped over the threshold. We had everything we needed in our room (no. 1) which was spotlessly clean. We decided to leave our car parked up for the duration of our stay and the owners ordered a taxi for us immediately upon request. It is surprising how close to the city centre is the guest house; we took advantage of the good weather during our stay and walked back through the Arboretum. It was a great pleasure to stay at the Greenwood Lodge; we will definitely visit again in the future and recommend it to any friends travelling to Nottingham.

Stayed at this B&B several times now and it has always been an excellent experience every time. The rooms are are wonderful, each with its own style and charm. The owners are friendly and very accommodating and it is tucked away in a nice secluded side street away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The breakfasts are some of the best you will have. Highly recommended and will return again for hopefully many holidays in Nottingham!

We stayed for one night at Greenwood Lodge and found the rooms to be clean and tidy and well presented. Our hosts were helpful and welcoming. We had a lovely breakfast in the Conservatory and would highly recommend this stay.
