Hilton Nottingham is centrally located, all the top attractions are within easy reach, including fantastic shopping and cultural sites such as Nottingham Castle. The hotel has 176 guestrooms, with a choice of 7 meeting rooms with a flexible layout choice for up to 200 delegates. Our onsite restaurant Bric Bar Kitchen offers a variety of British dishes with a twist, along with a fantastic cocktail menu. The hotel has an onsite health and fitness centre, with a 60ft indoor pool - the largest in the city. We look forward to welcoming you to our hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at the Hilton Nottingham and would happily stay here again.nnFrom before I even arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful, providing clear and informative guidance about the parking arrangements. Check-in was quick and friendly, and the complimentary glass of Prosecco was a lovely touch that made me feel very welcome.nnThe room was exceptionally clean and well presented, and the bathroom was spotless too. The only minor issue was that the sink drained quite slowly, but it didn’t affect my stay in any way. I mentioned it to reception when I checked out, and they thanked me for letting them know and made a note of it.nnBreakfast was another highlight of the stay. There was a great selection of food, everything I tried was very tasty, and the breakfast staff were friendly, welcoming and attentive throughout.nnThe hotel’s location is excellent, right in the heart of the city centre. It’s surrounded by shops, restaurants, bars and pubs, making it a great base for exploring Nottingham. Despite being so central, it wasn’t overly noisy, so I still had a comfortable and peaceful night’s sleep.nnOverall, a great stay with excellent customer service, clean and comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, and a perfect location. I’d definitely recommend it and would be happy to return.
I stayed at the Hilton Nottingham this week, and overall, the experience was disappointing and below expectations.nnI initially stayed for one night, during which there was no hot water. Although the issue was eventually resolved, it was a major inconvenience.nnI checked out, then had to return later in the same week for another stay of three nights under a new booking. Upon my return, I found that the water can in the room had already been opened. This raises serious concerns about cleanliness and whether the room had been properly serviced.nnI was then moved to another room, which did not have a fridge. After being moved again, I found that the air conditioning was not working. Having to change rooms multiple times due to basic issues is simply not acceptable.nnIn addition, slippers were not provided in the rooms and had to be requested every time. When I asked for tissues, I waited over 30 minutes and had to follow up before receiving them.nnTo be fair, both Otgan and Lavanya were very helpful and professional. They were clearly attentive and made genuine efforts to resolve issues and ensure my satisfaction. However, their efforts do not make up for the overall problems experienced.nnOverall, this stay fell well below the standard expected from a Hilton hotel, particularly in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, and service.
£187 for a double for the night with b'fast. Room was OK but pretty small, bed comfy, bathroom nice. Common areas unremarkable. But was like a rabbit warren to get to the room. Overall the ambience of a very average business hotel. £187 for the night felt like a lot all told. Staff were all very pleasant at least.
Excellent location for the city centre. Staff were all very friendly,and professional. Large selection to choose from for breakfast.All areas of the hotel were spotless. Pool area was well maintained, shame the steam room wasnt working,but the sauna and jacuzzi pool were. Would definitely recommend staying here as it is only a short walk to the shops,bars and restaurants.
Our stay at the Hilton Nottingham was nothing short of spectacular. We chose this hotel to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary, and it truly was the icing on the cake for our special weekend in the city.nnFrom the moment we walked through the doors, the service was top-tier. We were given a fantastic welcome by Nikolas at the front of house; his professionalism and warmth set the tone for the entire stay.nnThe Highlights:nnThe Presidential Suite: We stayed in the King Size Presidential Suite, and it was simply amazing. It was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and offered a level of comfort that made it hard to leave!nnDining: Breakfast was outstanding with a huge variety of high-quality options. Much like the front desk, the breakfast staff were excellent—attentive, friendly, and efficient.nnThe Experience: From start to finish, the entire team made us feel celebrated. It is rare to find a hotel where every single detail is handled with such care.nnWe had a truly great experience and will definitely be staying at the Hilton Nottingham again. If you’re looking for a perfect stay in the heart of the city, look no further!
