Fantastic experience from this hotel, the staff are amazingly friendly and will go above and beyond to try and help. The rooms are great with all the amenities you need and as a person who stays from week to week having a fridge is great. The breakfast is probably the best I've had and I've stayed at a fair few hotels and you have access to the gym and pool.

Loved my visit. Could be better for wheelchair and mobility scooter users. Unfortunately. My scooter had to be left at reception to charge overnight. I was on level 6 and could not have it in my room . The staff were very helpful and would have brought it to my room in the morning. I did not ask thecstaf as my teammates helped. Like wise, the car park is not really wheel chair friendly if you need to open doors to get to the lifts. Once again, teammates to the rescue.

The bathroom and the bed were both clean. The room itself was clean and tidy too but I feel it was in need of an update/freshen up. I stayed from a Sunday to Friday morning and found the tea spoon I had used to make a cup of tea with on the Monday morning had been left next to the kettle - used and dirty all week, not replaced with clean. Needless to say I didn't make any more tea in my room. I made the bed myself all week so apart from changing towels every day I'm not sure what else was done in my room.nThe staff were all approachable and seemed happy in their work, answering any questions I had.nBreakfast was the usual variety of continental, cereals or cooked. Plenty of fresh cooked food was available. The fruit though wasn't in quite the same bracket - it certainly wasn't fresh, a lot of bananas were black or had split skins.nFor my needs, the location wasn't great but only because where I needed to go was a bit of a journey but for the evenings and eating out, the location was perfect.nOverall a fairly decent hotel which I would use again.

Excellent hotel with convenient car park, well located for exploring central Nottingham.nVery friendly and professional staff.nWell equipped, clean bedroom, comfy bed, and effective blackout curtains.nHigh powered shower.nAll good, so will stay again.

Central location in Nottingham. A real good venue for a conference with attentive staff and great facilities. The room was well fitted and very comfortable.
