Clean, comfortable rooms, friendly staff. Had everything we needed. Coffee pods replaced upon request. Good breakfast options. Ideal location. Would recommend.

Great visit to this hotel. Had a 2 night stay. Location ideal to the center of Nottingham. Room (a superior) was spacious and well furnished. Staff were courteous and professional. Breakfast options were plentiful and tasty (love the toaster conveyor belt!). Made our stay that much more enjoyable. Would recommend!

Service was good, rooms were good, location was okay. Very thin walls and being right outside the nightlife centre did not make for a good sleep

Clean and spacious. 
However very noisy as it's right in the centre of the city. 
Hearing and air con loud. 
Council clock nearby chimes hourly. Could hear traffic and drunk youths at 4 am in the morning so I didn't get a good night's sleep. 
Food stone cold when delivered to room. 
Hotel very hard to find on a one way system. 
I booked the hotels car park as I was staying alone on a business trip. This was a nightmare as limited spaces all in tight spots with billards everywhere.

Went on a stag do. It's been recently refurbished and it's hood. It gets five stars because there were tinned tomatoes in the buffet breakfast. A rare thing these days
