Right in the heart of Bath city hence the reason its price, short walk from train station. Basic breakfast included. Room was quaint but very small.

All Bath expensive upgraded but girlfriend still moaned. Rooms shabby but not chic. Typical English tourist hotel hostel feel. Odd breakfast but ok. Shame nice city just over visited. Had brilliant view on plus.

Very small room. Has shared bathrooms. Looks like nursing home. Very old building. Breakfast cold. No cooked breakfast. Did not look clean. The view from room was a wall so I felt like it was made from some cupboard just to have extra room. Not comfortable. Very claustrophobic! Only good was that this place is close to beauty of Bath.

Lovely and helpful staff. John Wood suite is a spacious and bright family room. Excellent cleanliness and very comfortable beds. We'll be back

Stayed in room 4 ,front street view , which very good looking over street and river .clean and good bed , WiFi in room which was good , staff very friendly and helpful, earplugs supplied as next to main road ( didn’t use as noise from road not excessively intrusive might be because I’m used to a little road noise) but it is in city of bath not the country side ,ideal location for open top bus tours , train station , shops and attractions, £118 for bath I thought very reasonable for 1740 period building ( Georgian ) plaster work fire place etc ,will stay again if visiting bath , 😊
