Story

Grays is a large Victorian villa, built in 1876 and located on the southern slopes of Bath, in the Oldfield Park area, with stunning views across the city. We are just a 12-15 minute stroll from the heart of the City, just a 10 minute brisk walk from the train and bus stations and for guests coming by car, we offer complimentary on-site parking.

Our location gives you an ideal base to explore Bath, one of the World's most beautiful cities with an amazing history, stunning architecture and great shopping and restaurants, as well as the beautiful surrounding countryside. Whether you want to see the famous Georgian buildings of the Circus and Royal Crescent, visit the unique Roman Baths, relax in the Thermae Bath Spa, discover the avenues and streets walked by Jane Austen or make the most of Bath's shops and restaurants, everything is within walking distance of Grays.

With just 12 bedrooms, you can be assured of a warm welcome and friendly, knowledgeable personal service throughout your stay with us. Each of our beautiful bedrooms are individually decorated and designed with an eclectic mix of furniture and lighting and decorated with cool, calm colour schemes. We have a range of rooms spread over the 3 floors of the building, from classic Doubles, to quirky Loft rooms to our Deluxe Four Poster room, all with high-specification en-suite facilities and featuring a flat-screen LED Freeview TV, Wi-Fi, generous hospitality tray, a powerful hairdryer and REN toiletries and some with a host of extra touches.

We offer freshly-prepared traditional English and/or Continental breakfast, as well as seasonal fresh berries, fruit, cereals and yoghurt using locally-sourced foods wherever possible, served in our welcoming, light and spacious breakfast room. We offer plenty of choice and variety for breakfast to set you up for the day!
