Gorgeous hotel. Rooms were beautiful. The service was amazing. The breakfast in the hotel was also very good and very varied. Nice bar area with games. Very family friendly. Well worth the money!

Great location, very easy to get into Bath from the hotel and very easy to find. Hotel is an excellent building, full of history and luxury. Option to have meal at The Cloisters restaurant where the prices are reasonable and the food is outstanding. Rooms are very spacious and each has all the amenities expected. Included in our price was breakfast where you can collect continental or cooked breakfast items or order off the menu for no extra charge

A lovely hotel. Really great and kind staff especially Alice on reception. Good rooms. Comfy bed. excellent breakfast. Would most def come back.

Came for a weekend conference and could not have been more impressed. The rooms were very clean and extremely well equipped. Bed was comfortable and the rooms very quiet. Conference facilities were very good and the food was excellent. The breakfast was a particular highlight. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Excellent location and setting. Would highly recommend

Having just returned from my second stay at Bailbrook House, I felt compelled to write about the excellent level of service that I received at the hotel. From Warwick at reception, who could not do enough for you, to Emilio in the Cloisters restaurant, the team at Bailbrook House went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast was outstanding and followed a great night's sleep in the lovely General James Wolfe bedroom. Food was superb, and the team even shared some local knowledge with us about what to see in the city. Highly recommended.
