Story

Enjoy the highest standards of comfort in our recently refurbished Victorian Guest house in the heart of the World Heritage City of Bath. All of the five bedrooms are individually furnished, retaining many original features, and each has flat screen TV/DVD, tea and coffee facilities, white fluffy towels and free broadband internet access.

We have five rooms including two en-suite double rooms with brand new shower rooms and an en-suite family room, which has a double and a single bed and also has a brand new shower room with 'his' and hers' basins.
The second floor has a standard double bedroom next door to a standard twin room (these rooms are not ensuite, but they have a shared bathroom, with bath and shower over). This floor is perfect for families with two children or with older children, or for friends that are happy to share a bathroom and have a floor of the house to themselves.

Bay Tree House is centrally situated, a 5 minute walk to the citys attractions including The Roman Baths, The Thermae Spa, The Abbey and we are just below The Royal Crescent and The Circus that sits within the award winning Royal Victoria Park.
We are a pleasant 15 minute walk from the train and bus stations. If you're driving, we have two private parking spaces and we're also able to offer free on street parking.
