Stayed in a Club room. It was very comfortable, but lacked bathrobes and slippers as identified in website. Likewise the Club Lounge felt neglected and only met the great views description - the coffee machine was off and only flimsy plastic glasses were available, if the machine were working. Staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast was very good. You can save by ordering a full English the night before at reception. Shops and tube are around 1km away. Buses run past the hotel.

Stayed here whilst we were down London to go on soccer Am, luckily for us it was all paid for by sky. The hotel is set not too far from a tube station probably a mile or a little more. The reception is clean and well presented, to the left is the bar area that also has a pool table as well as a sitting lounge. The restaurant is on the right hand side we only had breakfast and that was good, a buffet style breakfast with a great choice so worth a visit. Our room was great, very clean and modern. The beds are very comfortable, our only issue was the plug sockets didn't work but that didn't really bother us. It's ideal here for everyone, families, couples or just a weekend away with mates

Smart, refurbished as a Boutique Hotel. Stayed in a single room which was small but very clean & stylish. Bathroom very elegant. Only small negative is that the mattress was way too soft.

Booked a single room during the disruption at Heathrow and found the room to be very comfortable and warm. Check in was quick, and a glass of wine was reasonable. Shower had plenty of hot water and easy check out at 4.30am. 10 minute walk to Osterly Tube.

Lovely room, comfy bed, large TV with hdmi input for laptop etc. But, air conditioning wasn't working and didn't get much sleep as the room was too hot (windows cannot open). Breakfast was basic. Other than that nice hotel
