Nice hotel about 45 minutes outside of the center of London. Very close to the airport. It is popular with tour groups. The breakfast we had was good with a decent amount of options, but I don't know if that is included with everybody's room. I didn't get to check out the pool. Nice little bar with a pretty good selection of beer and liquors. Room was clean, but I had trouble with heating up the room. If you are willing to travel a bit to get to the city, or just need a place near the airport, this is a decent option.

Easy flat access .Large car parking area. Lovely reception staff. Spotlessly clean .The beds are firm but comfortable. With windows closed very little aircraft noise.Lovely pool area again spotlessly clean. Only one small gripe. No handbook of services in the room ie pool location restaurant times emergency numbers .all have to be accessed via the TV. Very tedious and still couldn't find any of the answers to above question s had to phone reception.

Exceptional customer service and very friendly staff. Lovely hotel, and very welcoming. Catered to every need I had. Night manager was extremely helpful and friendly. Would highly reccomend this hotel.

My partner was staying overnight due to work so I was fortunate to join him. Had a quick meal when I arrived - I was running late due to major traffic problems so only just got there for 7pm to get a bar snack but the nachos were really good. Room was lovely & comfortable. Staff were all friendly & the breakfast was good with a fair number of options available. I'd recommend this hotel, but if travelling there on a Friday evening beware of traffic in the surrounding roads.
