Room was good but very cold in the night. Heating system didn't work. I was REPEATEDLY told they would give an electric heater but it never came. No proper blankets, no heating and internet only work sometimes. I'm having a hard time here.

Marriage hall needs to be updated plus the entrance. Spacious inside but carpets and stage is old fashioned. very dark inside. Washrooms are really worse i ever saw in a hall.

Located conveniently in Greater London. About 10 minutes​ walk from Hounslow central station. The rooms could have been cleaner. The service was good and the staff were friendly. The buffet breakfast was fairly good. Overall an average hotel experience.
