Staff are fantastic and really want you to have a good time. Food is always delicious and beautifully presented. My worry is that since the new lady director/ manager has taken over the packages have become more complex and you pay more but get less for your money!! Pity. I have been coming to Grayshott for over ten years and hope to continue in the future.

This place is amazing for charging your batteries. Lovely staff, lovely food, beautiful gardens, just an amazing place. A huge THANK YOU to Elaine Williams. You are the kindest and loveliest human being on the planet. Me and my husband are very grateful for what you did and do for us. Your gift of acupuncture and healing is incredible. THANK YOU

A nice building with a few, not so atractive additions. Food good with plenty of variety. It seems that basic maintanence has been neglected for years despite a refurbishment (?) a few years ago. New owners since July 2017 are tackling some of the "issues" with the establishment, but our room left a lot to be desired. A 'blitz' on general maintenance would be a good idea or maybe closing the business for a month ?  Staff both helpful and polite.  The grounds are both extensive and attractive. Disabled car parking, entrance into the building as well as access to the pool area need to be addressed too. 

Maybe in a few years time it might be worth returning. Maybe....

Old fashion medical spa. Great food, good fitness classes and beauty treatments. Wine served, No other alcoholic drinks though.

Lovely historical building brought up to date with a modern interior. Treatment staff are professional and knowledable. All the staff were really friendly, especially George the Reception Manager who looked after us really well throughout our stay. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants a relaxing stay away from home
