Excellent service all round. Contactless and cashless payments for everything. Good choice of food and DRINK at the bar, with decent enough portion sizes. fun and interesting cocktails if that's your thing. The i-sense screen I was in was large, very clean, the reclining chairs are SUPER comfortable, useful little trays for all your snacks, spacious. Staff were very helpful and friendly
Really lovely cinema although a touch expensive, very friendly staff and superbly comfortable reclining seats with handy tables for drinks etc. We ordered drinks and they brought them to our seats. All pluses BUT it was absolutely freezing, we had to put our coats over our legs and I had to wrap my scarf round my face, it spoilt the film as we were wanting it to finish so we could get warm. I did complain but I don’t think it was taken seriously, such a shame as it could have been a lovely afternoon.
Or gone from home when it comes to the movies and always our first choice. Friendly staff, clean facilities and great seating. Go on an off peak or saver night and it's great value for money. If you want to splurge the food's pretty good too, just be prepared for the prices!
My favourite cinema. The comfiest seats ever, my boyfriend and I have mylimitless so we’re there all the time and we’ve never had a bad experience. The screens are huge and so spacious and the food is always decent, the staff are nice and it’s easy to get to in the car.
The recliners are so comfortable and there is plenty of options for food and drink. Easy entry for wheelchair users. Would recommend booking online if its a new released film, 10/10 will be back.

Staff are lovely, cinema seats are amazing. Just wish it didn't cost near £100 for 1 trip for 2 adult's and 2 kids, tickets, ice blasts and a sweet
Great place much better with the new seats etc the staff are great the boy that was most helpful his name was Barry told us all about the meal deals about the shows he was Great
Great quality chairs. Could use some vegan options for food other than popcorn. Ability to book food online with ticket is very useful
First time we've been to the Dundee Odeon Luxe and loved it! The reclining seats in the auditorium were fantastic and very comfotrable! The cinema staff couldn't have been more helpful from arriving to pick up our tickets and when leaving when we purchased one of the promotional posters from the film, with the donation going to SAMH. The manager was especially helpful in checking if there any posters still available and then, assisting me with the online donation process. A fantastic experience and we will definitely be back!
