Extremely disappointed with the service!‍ Bought a product 1 year ago, and I wanted make some changes in the plan.. when I visited the store for help, they refused to help by telling me to call O2, which can take a 2 hours to connect if we are lucky. Other providers like Vodafone, etc are helping people instore with all important needs. I feel it like a showroom only for selling‍
Martyn and Nikki were incredibly helpful whilst sorting a new phone out for me, very pleased! shame the apple data transfer took so long, but the guys did everything they can instore to help!
Unhelpful and unfriendly staff, ridiculous company policies asking a tonne of ‘security questions’ while I as the account holder was sitting there with my photo ID, and the staff cannot log into my account because I am not holding the device the existing sim card is in. Avoid like plague. No more business from me.
They are a busy O2 shop and today there was a very long queue, despite this the staff were polite and thorough juggling multiple customers of all ages and levels of technical knowledge. I had a technical problem which I couldn't rectify myself online or over the phone. The staff were wonderful, knowledgeable and had me back up and running in less than 10 minutes. I had an android SIM issue with no caller ID which the online community seemingly had no fix for. I believe I dealt with Marta who knew exactly what I was talking about and knew the solution and implemented it successfully. She was very easy to talk to and polite and professional throughout. Excellent service under difficult circumstances. I'm very impressed!
Was in store first thing on Sunday morning, met by the team, which all was happy and upbeat. Damien was fantastic in finding me the best deal and even went to the extent to Google the weight and dynamics to make sure it was suited to my needs. A1 service, thank you
I went to their store and for two weeks I don't have a phone number I'm struggling to get my old phone number back, They had me call them I called and they keep saying they are mailing my old phone number and nothing for two weeks I have been struggling to get my phone number back shame on you guys are incompetent

My phone contract had ended and I could not activate my new esim. The customer care line from O2 is atrocious. As I had no working sim, I called from a landline and repeatedly kept having the phone line disconnected after being on hold for a very long time my only guess is that the agents don’t want to take calls from a landline as they know there will be more complex issues. I was able to use my mum’s mobile to call after she had finished work and again, kept getting through to an agent, explaining my issues and then having the call terminated. It was so frustrating and I wasted hours trying to speak to someone. I called this store after feeling thoroughly fed up and Martyn answered telling me to pop in and he could get it sorted. He was excellent and knew exactly what the problem was. I did have to visit the store the next day to complete the final step in getting the issue sorted and again, had an excellent experience with Bruno. 5/5 stars for the shop. 0/5 stars for the customer care line.
I took the opportunity to upgrade and Jahari gave terrible service. He was confrontational, rude and lacking any form of empathy. Jahari forgot to mention I needed to swap over my SIM card and has left me without a phone for 3 days, waiting for a replacement. The fact we had a shouting argument in front of my two young children, also highlights how appalling the experience was.
I had a bad experience because I been declined for no reason or any sort of explanation why. I been with three 5 years /worked in the same place 5 years ,never had problems with money or rent so a very honest person. I talked to Amber and she exposed all the offers for what I was looking for and been declined. 19 minutes later I was accepted in Vodafone but did not purchase anything as I was interested in 02 offer more Can someone give me any sort of explanation why been declined when trying to switch from three to 02. One of my contract is due to finish on 23/09/23 and that's why I wanted to switch to a better provider. I think is not fair to not know why I been declined as this fact Is braking human rights. Complain team does not unswer. Very unhappy, felt harassed and humiliated as a person that workes decent,have enough money to aford a phone and more but declined for no reason.
