Initial experience was great meeting Jess or Claire when I first checked in. So personable and charismatic. These little things are missed in today’s day and age. I unfortunately had an incident with my room during my stay which they did not hesitate to rectify and even go above and beyond to make the stay better for my partner who was visiting from another city. Jess and Claire are ultimate gems who should never be separated from one another and deserve all the best in life. They really turned my experience 180 degrees. Management if you read this, take care of Jess and Claire from Bracknell. They will look after your business with ease from the goodness of their hearts.
Very good hotel. Can't wait to come back again when visiting legoland for my sons 10th birthday. Will be nice to see what the restaurant will look like when finished. Food was not a problem as you can walk 8 minutes and find plenty of places to eat
My stay was wonderful overall, but I did have an issue with Caroline in the on-site restaurant. Unfortunately, I found her actions to be rude and disrespectful. She allowed intoxicated guests to congregate at what appeared to be the host stand, which felt unprofessional and detracted from the experience also kept seeing her wipe her nose constantly with her hands and not washing her hands after from working in restaurants my whole career I find this very unhygienicnOn a more positive note, Petra was absolutely fantastic. She was incredibly helpful and made my visit much more ENJOYABLE.nnI would expect a response from such a respectable establishment.
The rooms were absolutely amazing seemed great until the woman on the bar called Caroline was patronising and incredibly rude.nTook the ID of one of our party, took the liberty to wipe her nose pretty much with the card.nShe then proceeded to shout across the bar to our party “DO YA NEED ANYTHING ELSE” and when no one responded she tutted at us like we were dogs…nnHowever Petra, who also worked behind the bar, was lovely and made our stay!
I visited the Premier Inn in Bracknell for breakfast only to be turned away simply because I wasn’t staying there. As someone who works in the hospitality industry, I find it absolutely absurd that a hotel would enforce such an exclusionary policy. Breakfast should be a welcoming meal for anyone, not just paying overnight guests.nnThis decision smacks of poor management and a lack of basic customer service. Instead of embracing potential patrons, the hotel chose to alienate them with what can only be described as a misguided and inflexible rule. If this is how they treat outsiders, what message does that send about their commitment to hospitality?nnPremier Inn management, it’s time to re-evaluate your policies and listen to customer feedback. This isn’t just an inconvenience—it’s a major service failure that reflects badly on your brand. I urge you to fix this policy before more potential guests are unnecessarily turned away.
