The room was a little tired but the service and welcome from the staff was excellent, particularly the young lady who checked using on Friday evening at around 8.30 PM, she was also working on Sunday morning.nDespite the restaurant being incredibly busy most mornings the staff were very friendly and did an excellent job of keeping the food fresh and well stocked. The ladies and gents involved in servicing the rooms were also very polite and friendly.nThe hotel room could definitely do with a refurbishment, the staff are 1st class so it would be nice if they could have a hotel to match their excellence.
Good location with plenty of parking and an easy walk from town and the station. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room tired, damp, and suffering from an issue with sewers, judging by the bathroom's smell. Mainly clean and shower warm. Dark but quiet, and beds comfortable. Breakfast better than expected. Had to ask for towels.
Jamie & Jonathan were absolutely amazing!! They made the stat a good one and helped my brother recover from his accident very quickly! Not to even mention the restaurant, “ Weather vane “ just by the hotel the ladies there were absolutely superb ! Thank you so much we’ve been here for almost a week!
Convenient location in Bracknell. Rooms fine enough. Was a little noisy with thumping from the room above. Restaurant service was particularly excellent, especially Caroline and Harley. Would definitely stay again on top floor though.
This premier inn was really good, the rooms were clean and the premier inn staff were really kind. However, the restaurant next door was not very good. We paid for 2 £30 each meal deals, which wasn’t a good deal at all. The food took over an hour to arrive to our table. We asked for a second drink, which didn’t arrive at all. The staff at the restaurant were not very kind at all. The restaurant name is the Weather Vane, but I call it the Weather Lame now. I won’t go to the restaurant again but I will definitely go to the Premier inn again.
