Stayed the night the bed was comfortable. However, the bathroom was horrible. The toilet roll had blood stains on it and there was a plaster left in the shower. Didn’t have a shower because of it and didn’t feel comfortable.
Avoid at all costs!nI stayed here only for a night and checked in quite late and checked out quite early morning.nPros- The staff were polite and great at the reception and breakfast. Easy check in and checkout process. Decent breakfast hot and cold optionsnCons- Dirty is an understatement. There was chewed gum on the floor carpet. The duvet had stains. Towels had a weird unpleasant smell. Bathroom was disgusting, struggling to unsee the state of the toilet. Soap dispenser was a joke. Only stayed here as was company booked..will not be back or recommend to anyone any time soon.
Day staff great. Evening staff not so knowledgeable or helpful. Also, don't stay there as a single female traveller..or as myself in a group but a girl in general. Many work men intoxicated there and can easily get into an altercation. Stay safe
Very very hot. It’s 10 degrees outside and it’s 28 in my room. Also the window hardy opens for safety reasons but because it hardly opens there is no chance of a breeze. The fan has dust all over it so if you want use it to cool down you will breath in the dust from 100 other customers. Further I think all the old rooms face the busy main road through Bracknell. So no chance of a quiet nights sleep.nnAll in all pretty poor. Needs air con fitting to resolve these issues.
Rooms ready when arrived, one was wrong, after lengthy discussion it was changed. Mattress on pull out bed stained, air vent covered in dust, surfaces dusty. Paid for 4 x breakfasts, were other people eating at same time, long wait for food, 3 in party said bacon had plasticity taste.nAsked for rooms to be refreshed whilst out, returned after stressful day to find towel put on bedswhich we hadn't asked for, no tea/coffee or milk replaced, just as well I always travel with tea bags
