Good value, pleasant enough. Quite small, but it does what it says on the tin. Clean. Comfortable bedding.nNot enough teabags in the room, they weren’t replenished.nIt was quite noisy. Location was great for what was needed.
Really great location for a day ticket trip to reading festival - easy walk to the train station. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were lovely. They were kind enough to let us swap our late check out for a breakfast each instead. Highly recommend!
I visit my brother in law and stay about one week.. the room hat everything we need. And it was the perfect place from where we start our holiday trips. Service was very good.
Average hotel. The rooms are often grubby, hoovering seems rare. The reception staff do the bare minimum and are often unhelpful. Dated TVs without access to plug in a fire stick or dvd etc as they are wall mounted. The location is fairly central, if a little noisy if you happen to be on the road side. Rarely any shower gel in the dispenser so best to bring your own. Parking not great, spaces very small and non staying members of public seem to dump their cars here during the daynOverall, this is not a great hotel.
Plenty of space in the car park around the back.nnReception staff were very friendly.nnRoom was a good size, and very clean. The hotel itself was also very clean.nnGreat location, less than a 5 minute walk to the town centre.
