A truly amazing zoo I have many fond memories of going here as a child and now taking my own children there. There is a considerable number of walk throughs allowing you to come very close to the animals but still giving them enough space to avoid you of they wish. We spent a little extra to feed the penguins which the children loved.
Been coming here annually since I was a kid. The animals are well looked after and the zookeepers very passionate and knowledgeable. I’m happy to be donating to the zoo’s conservation work. Nice day out with it taking around 2 hours to get through everything. For what it is, the food and drink is reasonably priced, as are the attractions.
Really good day out. A well planned layout of zoo easy to navigate and staff are friendly and helpful and food was good- fish and chips - but expensive. But there was a sufficient about of tables but would get overcrowded at peek.
Enjoyed a day at The London Zoo, What a fantastic place to visit. Well organised, So much to see & do. Very friendly helpful staff.nSuch a Great selection of Animals & Reptiles from all over the world. Very clean & tidy zoo. The animals looked well looked after. Nice selection of cafes & restaurants and also large gift shop. Highly recommended
Fantastic place, variety of animals.nThe zoo is well organized nnIn the Zoo it struck me that there are a lot of newborn/baby animals.nnAt 11:30 and 14:00 there are demonstrations with animals that are within arm's reach of spectators-a very exciting experience.nnIt was a pleasure to walk through the pathways and examine and study the inhabitants in the Zoo.
