This is a great zoo. In a way it's the typical "city zoo" but London zoo has made is possible to have a lot of different exotic animals on a relatively small space while ensuring that the animals thrive. As a bonus the zoo is home to a huge indoor aquarium with fish in 100s of tanks. Both the zoo and the aquarium is well worth your time and money (it's possible to buy tickets for the zoo / aquarium independently).😊

The London Zoo is a fantastic journey among nature. If you've never been on a safari this place is for you and your children an incredibly filled with emotion. If you decide to visit it all day long, the zoo is huge. Few Facts: The London Zoo is one of Britain's best attractions and is the world's oldest zoo. It opened on April 27, 1828, and in 1847 became a public attraction. It can be found in the heart of London in Regent's Park and is run by the zoo company of London. Today, more than 15,000 representatives of over 750 species live in the area and 36 acres.

Good but you could expect more from a zoo in London. Better off going to a safari park outside of London. Also don't like caging animals for display

Very disappointing experience. This is the 4th time I have visited the Zoo and every time I give it the benefit of the doubt but every time there are too few animals on display and too much of the zoo closed or being refurbished. Of course I understand that wild animals cannot be instructed to perform on command for the paying public but the Zoo can can try its best to make the the viewing experience as satisfying as possible and I honestly feel they don’t. I won’t be going with my family again as I feel a more satisfying experience can be had at any number of city farms in the capital. And this is before I mention the cost.......
