Really enjoyed my time at this movie. Had a great viewing experience and staff were there to answer questions. Toilets were kept clean too. Hope to come back again soon!
The Cinema itself was very much by-the-by, the staff were lovely. But the reason for 5 Stars is the acoustics in the men's bathroom. -MY GOD- Singing at the urinal I shut my eyes and I might as well have been in the Albert Hall... if you ignore the mild smell of p***
The cinema entrance looks really disgusting and unclean compared to the Cineworld nearby. The escalators do not work and the steps are massive to climb. The lifts don't work either god only knows how people who have difficulties are getting up to the cinemas. Either the odeon management there or the building management itself seemed to have given up in making the entrance look clean - covered in bird poo and water at times. The screens itself, the seats are very uncomfortable. I've only been a few times due to no choice but if you can avoid this place, definitely choose the Cineworld nearby as it's a much better experience.
Cheap films compared to a lot. Shame treats are so expensive but Poundlands' next door!. Also would be good if the staff took more interest in the customers than chatting amongst themselves.....
Free parking nearby. Ticket prices reasonable. Cinema screens half empty. Seats comfortable. No need to pay more. Stay local.
Was very clean inside including toilets although the cinema screen we were in had a few broken seats. Not the most comfortable of seats either.
This is a ideal place if you want a quiet experience. Never to busy. Food over priced. But the cinema is good for what you pay. I prefer this cinema to others.
Screens are kinda small, you could get larger screens at different venues or companies. However, the food is amazing and the portion size is huge!
Walking up to the entrance is a bit disappointing, building looks tired and rundown, the escalators don't work either. Inside was clean and tidy, screen 6 was very cold when watching a film
Great movie but the venue was fairly simple with unenthusiastic staff and the smell of weed being smoked directly outside the venue was very off-putting
