Number 16 Restaurant

One of the best set meals I've ever had. Deep fried sour dough ham hock... Who comes up with these ideas? Absolutely delicious.

Dined here with my wife for her birthday last year - excellent food and ideal for a special occasion - would highly recommend. Both the food and wine menu were varied, the waiting staff were attentive but not overbearing and the atmosphere was relaxed but vibrant during our evening sitting. Gnocchi, which I selected as a main course was fresh and a particular highlight. My understanding is that the menu changes seasonally, so will hopefully have the opportunity to visit again soon!

The food in here in amazing. I was in recently with my boyfriend and I had a goats cheese thing to start which was really amazing, one of the best things that I've eaten in a long time. All our food was good, and the wine was nice and well priced. We'll be back. The service was discreet but attentive and I loved the bread they brought us.

This is a special restaurant. The food quality is excellent and it’s just the right portion to enjoy the full course, without feeling overstuffed. Very friendly and excellent service. Truly enjoyed it.

Cosy restaurant with great food. Carefully prepared, excellent choice of ingredients. A must stop in Glasgow for fine eating.
