A brilliant restaurant. Lived up to expectations. A wonderful experience. Real theatre.

Wonderful experience in this well thought restaurant. The location within the oldest house in the village is charming. The dishes are inspired by a clear and coherent view based on well selected ingredients from the woods and the vegetable garden. Memorable a pumpkin soup with egg yolk and edelflower. Service is professional but not too formal. Wine list quite extensive but appatently without a strong idea behind.

Had the taster menu last night and was very, very impressed. The food was fantastic, and the staff were brilliant, a great balance between being able to have a chat and a joke while remaining professional. The highlight of the evening for me was the Salted Gooseberry Tart with Herbs, simply one of the best dishes I have ever tasted.

Had an excellent and memorable lunchtime meal at L'Enclume. We were six and the only people in there. We all had the tasting menu, and spend about 5 hours relishing every mouthful. Worth every penny - a good time was had by all
