This post office and royal mail are a complete disaster. You keep striking but not when it’s time to send back the uncollected parcels. For that you are sharp on time. The lady at the desk assumes her name is Grace Kelly. They are even funny! And, when they deliver the parcel they don’t even ring the bell and don’t put any time on the card. Manager/supervisor leave before the closing time for the public, apparently! They should be all fired and left living in misery
This delivery centre is located practically in the middle of nowhere and is an absolute nightmare to get to if you need to make a visit. I have also lost a significant amount of parcels over the years due to this delivery centre and its staff. I physically cannot get any parcels delivered to my home address due to the fear of it never arriving. The staff are either stealing parcels or they are delivering them to the wrong addresses. They don't even deserve the 1 star. Dreadful.
Rubbish location. Miles from a main road. Clearly dangerous for woman. Its a half mile walk from the main road along a dimly lit area. Staff are usually unhelpful and rude. Often lose parcels
Posted a red slip through my letter box without even asking. Had to walk an hour to a random industrial estate to grab my parcel only for the place to be closed. Fuming
I am having to continuously complain about receiving mail not for my address, nothing is changing and today it escalated as I received a letter addressed to the Queen at Windsor Castle. This is a fail on so many levels. I don't live in a Castle or even in Windsor.
The card pushed through the door has the old opening hours on, so I arrived when it was closed. Only giving two stars because a postman stayed behind to get my parcel for me just as he was leaving because he could see I'd have had a wasted trip; otherwise it would have been no stars.
I went to pick up my package. No one wearing gloves or face masks although they wouldn’t touch the delivery ticket and asked me to bin it myself otherwise I won’t get my package with a patronising voice. Although they were absolutely fine touching my package without any care or safety how many people sneezed or coughed all over?. Just another chance and excuse to treat people like rubbish whilst the same rules of safety applied to customers don’t apply to the staff. Disgrace
I had to go there few times this year amd every time, same appealing customer service, I complained but not response. They make you feel like you are bothering them, the lady was on her phone while serving me, . Is there a manager on site
Monday closed - Tuesday 8-10 - Wednesday closed - the opening hours are a disgrace and terrible disservice to the local comunity. Especially as it is the only sorting office in the radius of many miles. They also do not pick up the phone. Utterly disappointing.
Very disorganised feel to that place. Hate going there. Last time. I had to go because I waited in all morning, the post man did not ring my door bell but I found a card in the letter box saying he had been!. When I went to collect I reported the matter to the office I was told by a very loud and silly woman working there that he does not ring because 'the residents tell him of for waking them up'! I ask you, what kind of nonsense is that to say to a customer who had to travel to collect mail because of unprofessional behaviour. No sense of customer service with any pride. Apart from that I preferred going to Green Lanes at least it had public transport near to collection point.
