Terrible place, never had any help whatsoever, the estate manager on my estate was and I’d totally useless, worse council office I’ve ever had to deal with. No care never remember what they’ve said never follow up anything they’ve ever told me, my family and I will be glad to leave this estate and dealing with this council office ever again.
Their contempt for the poor knows no bounds and they will inflict pain and suffering without giving it a second thought. They prey on the vulnerable in the borough and break up homes in order to satisfy their own pressures placed upon them. They hire vulnerable people to do the dirty work of the rich and powerful and place them on the front lines to attack head on the ones who are most in need. This is not an attack on the staff who a majority have empathy and compassion but are bound hands behind their back by those above who abuse their power. An attitude of guilty until proven innocent is their instant stance and will look down on the poor like they are a tumour on society. A criminal you will feel and an understanding of humanity holds no reservations in this office. Many of the people here will find themselves on the wrong side of history but I hold no resentment for they know not what they do.
Worst service , even worse attitude on phone from Angela who is the manager of a department within this office.
The staff are pleasant but try ang get a repair done
