Came in with a massive and really awkward set of parcels to send back to a retailer last Saturday, and all of the staff were incredibly helpful at what was a busy time of day for them, dropping what they were doing to help me wrap each part of the consignment securely, and providing advice on the best place to perform the Evri drop. Well-kept shop in a convenient location, with friendly and caring people. Would recommend.
My customer experience with Daniel was exceptional. Very friendly and understands customers postal service need. He is committed to making customers happy and satisfied. I will always want to be served by him.
Customer service is non existent. I’m waiting at the counter to collect a parcel while the guy has a break. There’s a queue. They use paper and pen to record admin in multiple dogged eared exercise books. Judging by the and other reviews, how they managed to get the franchise for this branch is beyond me.
incredibly kind and patient service from andriana behind the till, went out of her way to make sure all the documents i needed to print were in order and just had a lovely helpful attitude!
Came in on the 24th November at 9.10am to post a parcel. Andriana was very friendly and cheerful and helpful really nice to see a happy helpful face so early in the morning
So lovely to have a local post master, Sule, who has been part of the community for so many years I've lost count. Always helpful, knowledgeable and ready with a smile.
i been to the post office and i always go there and Sule always looking after me and the customer he is a good human bieng as well. The person like sule is better for growing the bussiness. i love to go always to this posoffice because of sule.
I have been to pay in the sraff os unhelpful, they don’t care how long you are in the queue. Elderly and disable people waiting, he gone to chat his boss more than 15 min and doesn’t care about the people at all. Boss also not respecting people who are waiting
