This "service" lost my husbands passport that was meant to arrive to our house the next day and no one was able to help in the Royal Mail. Despite giving ourselves ample time for the passport to come we are a few days from having to cancel a very important trip. Pathetic does not even begin to describe this mail service. Great opening times as well!
Summary: • Reduced opening times for customers • No interest in assisting customers • No sending, only collection • Time wasters on additional ID checkings • Lack of respect for customers waiting in queue Before lowering to 1*: "Initially I would have given 4*, but not 5 because they cannot send parcels anymore just collection, and I know they are not a post office, but as other say, they used to receive for delivery pre-stamped parcels or letters, then I'd like to have given 3* but I lowered to 2* due to the opening times and lack of interest in their job. They are open 2 to 4 hours a day, so customers are supposed to accomodate these timeframes. Same principle applies to certain services... I've had a package that was not arriving so with its tracking number I went to this branch and the employee asked me to call on the phone one of his colleagues, at 7am o'clock with an emphasis on calling exactly at that time to ask this person about that. I'm sorry but I think that is your job, not mine... Update: lowering to 1*: "Reduced today to 1* because they are not so efficient in releasing parcels anymore. I've been running to arrive before their closing, with my invitation letter and a copy of my ID. The employee refused to process because my ID was a scan and not the original. Now I need to go back there next week for this absurd collection taking three weeks now. Please don't use Royal Mail to send me parcels, thanks." Update: lowering to 0*: I went this morning at about 9:45. There were 4 four! employees, two men and two women, out by the entrance, smoking e-sigarettes!. The two women, after few moments, went in and one of them hit my ankle with her post cart! while passing when I was waiting for my letter to be released at the counter; no apologies given!; the other one went to the other side of the counter and just called for the next in line while I was waiting right there for my stuff after having provided ticket and ID already to another employee while she was out for smoking. She did not even bother to ask politely to leave space or to ask her colleague about the situation... these people shouldn't be allowed to interact with the public. You can receive more cordiality from an ATM!
Okay so my package is lost and nobody has answers, yes royal mail is the absolute worst and I won’t use them anymore. BUT… the workers are very nice and empathetic at this station. Every time I go in there some customer yelling at one of them. I also noticed a sign saying “please treat our workers with respect”. Seems they get this a lot. Reminder it’s not their fault, take it up with RM corporate
Royal Mail couldn’t give me any reasonable explanation as to the whereabout of my parcel. When I got to the office, the guy was so rude and just gave me a customer care number to call but it happened to be the worst customer care service ever. Now I have to through my he process of getting another passport so I can go back to my country which will cost me a lot of money, time, and energy.
They never delivered my parcel. The order has been stuck 'in transit' for days and there is no way to talk to anyone. This was a birthday gift and it was never delivered. I do not recommend using this company.
Royal mail is fast becoming a second class service. My non international 24hr tracked parcel has been in transit for 6 days now. It was due around the 12th of November. Still not here. Thank goodness it's not critical.
Without a doubt the Post Office as hit rock bottom your senior officers managers who conducted the with hunt with regards the Horizon scandle made thousands in bonuses are an utter disgrace and l hope you go and meet your maker and the press bring everything to the public your a disgrace to a once proud employer
Rm Collected my return parcel from my home was supposed to sent back to the store within 48 hrs but Royal Mail hasn’t moved it over 4 days! I think it’s been stolen by their staff
I was dissatisfied with the recent visit and came to leave a message, then I found that this situation had already occurred a year ago and has been receiving complaints all along. Surprisingly, London MC has not made any changes! Why is this employee who works the 4 p.m. shift yes, I'm talking about the one with black-framed glasses, who's very unfriendly with bad manners all the time!, still allowed to treat visitors like this?! Extremely poor service, rude attitude, discrimination and so on. Can't these issues make you take it seriously, Royal Mail?!
I lost 3 parcels in 4 month, the tracking information shows arrived in London Central Mail Centre and get just disappeared never update again.
