It's too bad we can't give a zero star review because that is exactly what they deserve. Avoid this place at all costs. Where to start, when is your turn they don't even pay attention to you, they start sorting you out then go to another costumer then back to you and it goes on an on. The manager or the owner he doesn't ask how do you want to send, No. He just deliberately chooses what he wants and charges you. That is unbelievable, they should be charged or something! And then even try to give you misdirections about a letter you need to send to an official place. Who does that! Awful service. Avoid if you don't want to be ripped off.

Staff are very RUDE especially the owner the man always in a suit. WORST POST OFFICE EVER.. Go to Crouch End Broadway instead

I had the worst experiences at this post office. Always tried to upsell postal services.

A nice little post office, with really helpful staff. I wonder if some of the reviews are down to its size: there's only 2 counters, and two people serving, and it's the only PO in Hornsey. A lot of people use it. It seems like a converted little shop. That, however, it totally the fault of the government and the privatised Royal Mail, closing the big POs and scaling down to these little places. You have to judge what you've got, and they work with what they have very well indeed. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. For a little place, you can get a lot done, from ordinary post to car tax, passport photos and renewals, etc. My favorite PO now.

HORRIBLE PLACE SERIOUSLY, IF U HAVE ALL DAY DAY TO SPENT THERE U CAN GO AND GET YOUR NERVES , SERVICE HORRIBLE , SO SLOW , PEOPLE DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING , GETTING A LOTS OF TIME TO MAKE YOUR ORDER ON PURPOSE , BASICALLY THEY DO NOT CARE , ALL PEOPLE INCLUDED WITH OWNER ON PENSION IN GENERAL THEY DOING POST OFFICE BUSINESS FOR LEISURE AVOID IF U CAN PLEASE
