I had a great experience. I went to post 30 Christmas cards to different countries. The staff was very tolerant, nice and helpful. She stayed calm even it was a long queue behind me. The other time I went there the man who worked that day he was also amazing. They have excellent customer service skills. In my opinion this is the best post office in Haringey and they deserve recognition. You can find this Post office between The Cake Box shop and Cupping Clinic. It has an ATM. They also do photo copying, Western Union International Money transfer, Passport & ID photos.
This post office staff are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. The gentleman who served me this morning I didn’t know to send passport etc he calmly and patiently professionally explained. He also did lot of small details for me which I had no clue. People like this gentleman and other female colleagues forget to take their name down are godsend fellows. They are the one who should be sending for multinational company’s staff trainings. Hope all are doing their jobs properly like them. Massive thank you from heart.
A typical Saturday, much like many others. The opening is delayed, the staff member doesn't even apologize. Nearly 30 customers are waiting outside. Postal services at the external counter, the next customer actually stares into your wallet, the usual secure services at the post office are ignored. Another 5-10 people are trying to guess your PIN code as you enter it. No privacy at all. The store is dirty and smelly.
Every Saturday at any given time there's a queue of 10 people going all the way from the counter to the street. It takes 15-20min to get the service. Get more people here on Saturday there is literally one person handling all the services
Excellent staff with clear attention the customer's needs and expectations. All staff in this branch go above and beyond every single day and work hard whilst maintaining a positive working attitude. They are reliable, trustworthy and always engaging. They always look after my postage needs and highly recommend this post office. The best post office in North London.

It’s good to have this post office, but parcels are thrown all over the floor and collection is chaotic. They need to organise a proper secure system for parcel collection, it’s clear they are currently overwhelmed.
Every single staff is excellent, very professional and welcoming. Also they don’t charge extra money. They told me how to do everything. Super recommended! The best post office ever! Everybody have to come to this one
Brilliant service ! Every time single time I visit, I am surprise by how nice all staff is, they truly help you and always with a lot of patience. The first time I visited I needed to send some documents over, the cashier actually asked the post man to wait five minutes in order to still sent my documents that same day. Today was no exception, I needed to send some documents over again and went with my newborn, not only the staff took their time helping me out filling everything etc but also gave me a chair to sit to be more comfortable. They are definitely a 5 stars service, would truly recommend.
