Room was clean. Bathroom as well. Shower was really hot and good pressure. Bed was lovely. Breakfast was outstanding for the prize. Radiator in bathroom was not working which was a bit of a drawback. Staff was friendly. All in all a good place to spend the night.

Close to the city centre and the breakfast is good but from the ground floor room we were in the noise levels from the road in front was intrusive. Not recommended to anyone that likes a quiet room while sleeping. The tiny shower has almost unusably low water pressure too.

Well kept and charming B&B, very walkable location about a mile from the city center. They offer a hot breakfast, and clean rooms. We liked having drinking water waiting for us in our room, which was greatly appreciated.

Everything was clean but the room is very noisy (road and upstairs people) which makes it very difficult to sleep. Whoever checked me in assumed and registered me from Madrid, Spain, they were wrong!

Satisfactory room and good breakfast relatively close to where we wanted to be in Oxford. Excellent value.
