This is a nice hotel, but the service is quite amateurish. You check in at the cafe, they give you a free welcome drink on arrival, but ours took 40 minutes which is s bit ridiculous. You don’t get a key, you get a keypad number (and I question if this is changed every day??). They are friendly though. Parking is limited, and not for the nervous driver, and you need to book in advance at £10 per car. Lots of free snacks though, and a good price to be this central.

Very expensive!!!! £200 for one night!!! The apartment was good but nothing special for this kind of money

We had booked the biggest room and we're expecting a little extra to go with it but it was very basic, with simple things missing such as TV cables, batteries in the electric candles and washing liquid or tea towel for the kitchenette. The room was dirty with marks on the sheets and lots of hairs in the bathroom, had many things broken, no instructions on how to get in touch with reception to try and get this sorted - I'm not sure there was one other than the cafe. After complaining they offered a discount off our next stay, safe to say I would not be staying again.
