Lovely Travelodge in Oxford. Lovely room with a comfy bed! Friendly and attentive staff. Fairly standard all you can eat breakfast and dining options with a small bar too. Lovely clean, well lit dining and lounging area.

Friendly and helpful staff at the reception when I arrived. Gave me information about the area so was able to take a walk into town and enjoy the surroundings. Very comfortable bed and room was very clean.

Overpriced. The super rooms are not that super very small. Nothing like the picture on the Internet where it shows you can put extra beds. Stayed 2 nights only x1 towel for 2 of us. Towels not changed. No new team making facilities. It's not the local staff they are doing their best. I blame the management for not getting a grip of themselves and their hotel

Tried to check in 10 mins early to be told by unpleasant lady on reception to wait in car until 3pm. Checked in at exactly 3pm without too much fuss & set off to room on 1st floor. Corridor between rooms was littered with debris & most disturbing of all were numerous patches of dried in vomit on carpet. Stayed for 2 nights & no attempt was made to clean corridor or remove vomit stains. Bathroom had someone else's hairs in shower & on bathroom floor - not good 1st impressions. Mercifully bed was clean & quite comfy. Decide to eat in restaurant as nothing else nearby - wish I hadn't bothered. Ordered a burger & fries which was served in a soulless restaurant & was dry & tasted like cardboard. Wouldn't have minded but paid £90 a night for the room without breakfast so not cheap. It will be a cold day in he'll before I return to this drab miserable hotel.

My wife and I can safely say the meal we had at this hotel tonight was the most disgusting and inedible one we have ever experienced. If they must microwave everything then should first learn how to use it! There was simply nothing positive we could comment about this meal at all. Money completely wasted, more if you add in the cost of the meal we then had to have at home.
