A lovely hotel boasting lots of character, set in a charming location. Very good service. Close to a lovely street full of bars, restaurants and cafés. Only a few minutes from Newcastle City centre.
All good and clean. Good for a cheap stay but quite cold in the room
I stayed here as part of a business trip for a one night stay, it was really lovely. The single room was small but extremely clean. All staff were super friendly and hold great knowledge of the local area.
The staff are a wonderful as always. Its been 10 years now so hotel is dated. At this time the restaurant is closed for evening meals although other hotels in the street have open restaurants for take aways as well. Its a pain having to go out looking for food after working all day....
It's a nice hotel in a very good location. It was nice and quiet. I did not have food so cannot comment but other guests recommended. My room was single and was quite small yet comfortable, however the bathroom was excellent. Great bed
had an amazing stays here in the past even on the 10th july to 13th July 2020 was completely renovated during lockdown and it looks amazing very modern and sleek would reccomend to anyone and only a 10 min walk to west jesmond metro station and buses stop right outside the hotel what else could you ask for
