Stayed one night and that was one night too many. Very poor quality and not worth what they charge.
Our room was dusty dirty worn out carpets and furniture. Bed was extremely uncomfortable and not too sure if the bottom sheet had been changed from previous occupant.
Shower room smelt very damp and shower cubical tiny with sliding doors caked with lime scale. 
Because of early departure had arranged for continental breakfast which was just cereal with very limited choice and toast. Jam and marmalade in almost empty jars which were sticky to the touch.
If you are looking for a B & B in Waterlooville stay anywhere other then New Haven. A park bench is more desirable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

utterly shambolic. i would not recommend this so called B&B to anyone with even the poorest of living standards. i wouldn't think twice about giving this a miss. The owner believes that they are being helpful and nice but they are really being snobby, fake and generally up themselves. the rooms smell vile and the food was severely disappointing. please anyone wanting to stay at a good B&B stay anywhere else but here. it is definitely not worth the price i payed.

Well what can i say, i rang to ask if they had 2 rooms available for this weekend as my family are coming to visit me from Plymouth. The women told me she had 2 twin rooms available. Got my brother to ring and book them, she told him to ring back as she was busy!. When he did ring back she told him she didn't have the TIME to sort the rooms out!. When asked if she wanted the business she said yes but had things going on inside of her which my brother wouldn't understand and put the phone down on him!. I am absolutely shocked that they can treat customers like that!. I would stay well clear of this place as you will not receive a good welcome and judging by the other reviews your stay wouldn't be pleasant either!!!!

We stayed at the new havant bnb from the minute we walked in the lady was rude my bed was rock hard no milk in my room and she was trying to get more money out of us to this of she would only make us beans on toast for breakfast
