On arrival 30 minutes to check in. No proper keys issued despite frequent requests. No extra pillows in room when my friend went to check in the key had to be taken so disabled person left in dark as only one temporary key issued.nOn arrival tried to order an evening meal and were eventually told the chef had left his post for the evening for whatever the reason. Then told the restaurent was closed.nCould not collect luggage from the car as only one key. When checked in and paid with card there were issues with the system told key and receipt would be put under the door - following day no receipt - key card eventually issued but no receipt told it would be later neither was a credit card receipt issued.nHowever rooms spotless and cleaners very helpful. On the third night keys still not working and a refusal to issue a second.nEventually supplied. In my view there is a disregard for people with disabilities and or a complete lack of understanding.
Really great experience for someone on crutches. They will make adjustments for you that are disability friendly and will even get breakfast for you as I was unable to get it myself. There is way to walk through the bushes on the right side towards the other pub if you wanted to go there too. Tony was really helpful in switching my room when it wasn't suitable and sorted out problems with the bill with the room allowance. Thanks again.
Good location off A27 exit ramp for both east and west travel. Rooms spacious clean and bright. Good nights sleep on the mattress and pillows!! Breakfast good and poached eggs cooked to order and perfection!!

Stopped for 1 night ready for the ferry next morning.nJust a typical premier inn ,! But what we really really didn't like was NO OPENING WINDOWS FOR FRESH AIR .nAlso migrants trying to get into the place! There was one bloke who turned up on an e scooter then tried to follow us in while we used our door key IE trying to get in on our door pass! I didn't let him and I also saw Another guy who was booked in physically push this migrant out when he also tried to follow him in on his door pass.nNo security on?? only 2 young girls who did a great job running the bar and reception area , and they could not act as security aswell. WHITBREAD THE OWNERS I BELIEVE NEED TO GET A GRIP .
