Decent cheap hotel. Free parking. Excellent restaurant next door for food. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms a bit stuffy with little ventilation obvious, very noisy bathroom fan (small jet engine) and signposting around hotel (especially floors in lift) is nonsense. Once those minor inconveniences are overcome, good value for money. Update : Subsequent visit, room fan was quieter and air con was better. All staff friendly and helpful.

Lifts broken window left open so room freezing and air con broken and took them 4 hours to admit this and change our room ... other room also cold but the air con was very slow at warming up so bad bad experience and poor nights sleep as we were so cold!! From overheard conversations at reception we weren't the only ones struggling with the heating! Restaurant is in separate building so leads to getting very wet when it's raining! Just so you're aware when booking to remember an umbrella!

Nice hotel but a hike across a car park to get breakfast. Not very nice in bad weather.

Friendly staff! Has a few shops and pubs close by. Plenty of parking available.
