The hotel is slightly dated, but I liked that the rooms didn’t have the traditional “copy/paste” Travelodge style. Our room was large, clean and most importantly - very quite. We had a lovely stay, and the lady on the front desk couldn’t have been more friendly & helpful. Also, ideally locate next door to a Harvester!
Typical Travelodge room. Clean, comfortable, quiet, small hotel. Very good value. Not easy to find from the road when dark and raining. Look behind the Harvester pub use the same car park entranceRooms: 4/5
Had to do a review solely because Leanne who works behind the counter was so helpful because we wanted to book an extra day which she sorted for us. The place is also the one we will be going to when we go to Havant to see family, as they also take dogs .
Tired lodge, as most travelodge are these days but nicely decorated and clean. Pleasant staff. Not quite sure what happened to the carpet, I think someone cleaned it with bleach!!Rooms: 1/5
Shocking visit! Woke after midnight by staff member rudely accusing us of smoking cannabis. Very persistent only left when I stood and shouted for him to sniff the bloody room which already smelt of stale cigarette smoke. No sleep as we were both quite agitated and a 3 hour srive home to boot!! Still waiting on call from customer services and the refund the lady on reception promised us....
Very nice staff. Clean and tidy. Was nice to be in a warm room over the cold few days.Rooms: 5/5
Room was clean, bed comfortable, handy to have the Harvester just across the car park. Bathroom fairly basic, but clean could possibly have done with more towels only stayed one night so not a real problem
Nice hotel and location. It was ideal for work we was doing in the area. Stayed at Havant Rowlands Castle for 5 nights. Staff was helpful. Food was good at the pub next door. Ample parking for long wheel based transit van. The room could have done with a good airing so had to have window open. We had a twin room for 2 male colleagues, was comfortable enough.
This hotel is fine for a short stay. We were there for1 night. All was OK except the walls seemed paper thin so the.noise kept us awake. I could even hear the next room using the toilet!Rooms: 4/5
This is my first experience with travelodge and this is one off the best hotels I stayed at, Sue the manager was very lovely, she went above and beyond in every way, she works so hard , always doing something, don't stop until she sees a guest. Thanks to all the staffRooms: 5/5
