Great pub with nice decor and wood burning stoves in the bar. The staff were very nice and the full English was a great breakfast. My only negative was that the flooring creaked a lot in my room which I guess is authentic for a building that old but besides that everything else was great.
This is a very nice place. Nice clean, comfortable room and excellent food.

Great value Sunday lunch, very busy but served quickly and polite, friendly staff. I even got extra gravy to without asking. God selection of ales. Nice locks atmosphere. To add. -Just had the Apple and strawberry crumble, brilliant. £16 all in
Had an amazing steak with the works followed by Helens incredible cheese cake. Fantastic meal and I highly recommend this place.
Friendly staff. Perfect village pub. Good ales. Rooms very comfortable. A great base to explore a beautiful area.
