Well done NCP, you've won the award of my first ever one star review for the following reasons. 1. This car park is way too small for a modern car. Having to shoehorn myself out through a tiny gap is never fun, especially when the car's soaking wet due to the weather that Manchester is famous for. 2. The prices. For the price you charge for parking, I could take up TWO spaces and solve issue number 1 and still have change to spare.

Car boot broken into last night between 5pm and 9.45pm - ipad stolen with crisps and chocolate multipack crisps - Dubarry boots in a Dubarry case left! Wont be using it again. given the costs for parking and the area it is in and the average value of cars parked there it needs better security ie cameras on all floors around entry and exit for pedestrians. Wish I had read the reviews before parking :(

There's car park that rip you off and then there's this one that pulls your pants down and gives you a good smack!! £25 for upto 5 hours is a ridiculous amount to charge. We might not have bothered too much if there had been some service attached to that amount but after discovering an issue with card payments on both machines we pressed the help button and advise a gentleman of our issue. He said just drive to the exit and we can take payment there. Not 3 mins later we were at the exit looking for said gentleman but he was nowhere to be found, despite knocking on the office door. This meant my husband having to pound the streets looking for a cash machine to then go back to the pay machines. By which time we'd passed in to another payment tariff....so we now had to pay £30! Annoyed to say the least.

Absolutely disgusting. £20 for 2 hours and 5 minutes parking. The main entrance was closed off walking back for the car so if we hadn't had to walk through House of Fraser, we would have been under 2 hours and paid a still disgusting but better price of £11.

Far too expensive. Much cheaper places in better location to park.
